Lake Wales MHP is a 46 home site all-ages community with on-site laundry and picnic areas. Invite your friends and family over for BBQ’s in our picnic and grill area. 

Located in the center Florida, Lake Wales offers a glimpse of Old Florida with tower bells that ring from the Historic Bok Sanctuary, a collection of gardens and a frequent site of outdoor concerts. Murals enliven the historic downtown, designed by the firm of famed city planner Frederick Law Olmsted Jr. The church, with its cupolas and bell towers, dates to 1927.

We have a (2) pet limit per home in our community. All pets must be under 30lbs.

Breed Restrictions:

We do not allow any dangerous breeds in our community. Breeds such as: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, All Bulldogs, Bullmastiff, Siberian Huskies, Doberman Pinschers, Malamutes, etc. If you have not seen your breed here, please call us to ensure your breed is not on our list.
