Loving It!
Just bought mobile home in this park and I’m loving it! Lots of nice people here. The manager is nice, and it’s nice that I can have my dog “Sugar” here. Definitely recommend this park for anyone that needs affordable rent.

Foundational Values: What We're Made Of
Our values aren't just random words— they're the foundation of how we run our communities and treat the people we serve.
We're passionate about helping individuals and families find housing that fits their wants and needs. That drive shows up in everything we do — through kindness and diligent, thoughtful processes.
We do what we say we're going to do. Our residents and team trust us to make honest, responsible decisions — and we take that seriously, every single day.
We do things right the first time. No cutting corners; no quick fixes. When there are needs in our communities, we address them firsthand with concern and care.
We look out for each other like family. Whether it's our residents, our team, or our partners — everyone in the Parakeet Communities "flock" receives our authentic, consistent level of support and respect.
