"The places are all nice"
“This is a 55 and up community. But the places are all nice and the lot rent is reasonable. Walking distance to a nice Mexican restaurant and a couple gas stations. Well those are actually less than a block away. Really it’s walking distance for then all the amenities of Port Canaveral. There’s a bus stop right in front of this place to which is convenient for people without a car that I need to get to work.”
