If you want to sell your home, the first thing you need to do is to give Park Management 30 days’ notice. After giving proper notice, if you are selling your home to people who want to live in the park, they will need to be approved by Park Management. They can apply through our Resident Application. Once they have completed the application, they will get an answer within 48 hours. If they are approved, they can move in once the current resident’s account is brought current and the home meets community standards.
